Tati reaches highest career ranking

Congratulations to Tati cause today she made her top ranking ever!She's number 18 in the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour Ranking!Hope this will be only the beginning to reach the top 15 and maybe the top 10, go Tati!
Tati pulls out of Memphis tournament

Tati withdrawn from Memphis for an upper respiratory infection but I think she's only tired cause she have played two weeks in a row :) Anyway get well soon and get ready for Indian Wells!
Tati's run to final is over

Tati played an awful match and she lost to Kim Clijsters 6-4 6-3. Tati was leading 4-2 in the first set with Kim playing bad as well as her and making a lot of double falts but Tati wasn't able to make advantage of the situation and she lost 6-4. In the second set Tati went down 0-2 but she made two consecutive games and went 2-2; when she was serving down 3-4 Kim broke her and then in the final game she basically throw out the match. This is really sad cause she missed a great opportunity, she needs to learn to play better in this occasion, she need to learn that she can fight even when she's not playing at her best. Now her next tournament should be Memphis starting next week even if I don't know if she's really going in the States after this great week in Antwerp. Memphis draw has already been released and in the first round Tati will play against Laura Granville; Tati has never played with her before but I think it's gonna be and it's must be an easy first round. With Peer as number one seed I think that Tati has a great chance to reach the final or even win the title!

Tati is in the semi-finals!

Tati has defeated Elena Likhovtseva 7-6 7-5 and so she reached the semi-finals where she will have to play against Kim Clijsters. This match will be the revenge of the last year 2nd round when Tati lost to Kim 4-6 7-6(4) 7-5, missing a great opportunity to beat the former number one in the world. Tomorrow Tati will have to play a great match if she wants to beat Kim and reach the final, she has to be psychologically strong. Her encounter is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. and this time it will be televised for sure, so I can finally upload something (hope something good :)), good luck Tati!
Tati's next opponent + Order of play

Tati's next opponent will be Elena Likhovtseva; she defeated Elena Dementieva after she retired for a rib injury. This is such a good news - not the fact that Dementieva is injuried, but the fact that Likhovtseva will be Tati's next opponent - cause Tati got such a good opportunity to reach the semis!Tati has played against Elena twice before and she won both matches. The most recent one is the one they played last year in Stuttgart where Tati reached the final and she won 4-6 6-0 6-3. I still don't know if Eurosport will air the match cause Tati will play the last match after the Clijsters one which is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. and Eurosport has tv coverage from 7:30 to 9:30. I guess we all will find out this tomorrow, good luck Tati!

Tati has beaten Patty Schnyder 67(2) 76(5) 62 to reach the quarters where she will play Elena Dementieva or Elena Likhovtseva. The today match should have been an incredible one!Tati was losing 7-6 3-0 but she was able to fight, win the second (saving 4 match points) and dominate the third; I'm really proud of her!Now her next match will be friday and I really hope that Eurosport will finally show it!

Tati has beaten Katarina Srebotnik 6-0 6-2 to reach the second round in Antwerp. This is such a great result cause Srebotnik is a very solid player; tomorrow (Tati's encounter is scheduled to be the third one on the centre court) she will face Patty Schnyder. Tati has played with her three times before and the tie is set 2-1 for Patty. Tati has lost the first two meetings but she won the last one last year in Stuttgart 6-1 5-7 7-5 but all the matches has been really close. Go Tati and play a great match!

Today Eurosport aired a little but amazing special about Tati's life. It's like a sort of a diary, Tati speaks about her tournaments and her offcourt life on the tour.
